  Crystal was so awesome! We had a great experience. We got a family plan with my mom and grandmother, she explained everything to us so that we all understood what was going on, she helped meet all of our needs, and got us an amazing deal. I was pleasantly surprised after visiting 2 other major retailers and they basically blew us off. Now, I'm happy that they did. Couldn't be happier! One small downside, we needed a SIM card recently and this store doesn't carry them. I don't really understand why they wouldn't and it's such a hassle to have to drive to Austin for a SIM card.

  Okay so Cody is pretty good at what he does. As for the store and training are lousy. They don't really have a clue just tell you what you need to hear to leave. I canceled my service because customer service and Sprint is junk. They said everything would be on my card in 3 to 5 days 2 weeks later I call then go to the store they say there will be a check in 3 to 4 weeks. I call customer service and no there will be no check because they just strait canceled my service instead of canceling under satisfaction guarantee. Luckily someone is smart enough to read and figure out they messed up yet again. Still wasting my time and money. Sprint should pay people to even use their service.
