  HORRIBLE experience, horrible customer service from cashier RENEE. I spend thousands of dollars a year at Ross. This RENEE was HORRIBLE. We got in line behind two other people who were checked out. Then RENEE told us we were not in the line correctly. We got in line behind the other two individuals who she checked out no problem. Same line and we had waited over 15 minutes to be checked out. Absolutely no customer service. Her face would have cracked if she had smiled. If there was a problem with the line why were the other two customers “in the same line” checked out. Why did RENEE give us ugly looks and make us go to the end of another line? Why not just smile and check us out like the two customers in front of us? What a complete JERK. She never smiled once.
