  There were 2 guys working one was busy stocking item the other helping another customer (appeared to be friends). My wife and I obviously wanted to both try a couple shoes we were interested in buying. Both employees failed to acknowledge us or ask if we needed anything. We waited till the employee that was assisting another customer was finished to give him anoyher opportunity to ask if we needed anything . I had 2 shoes in hand that I wanted to try on and the available employee just pulls out his phone and continued to not acknowledge we were in the store. We left without a word being said to us, I guess back to academy to get shoes from now on. Customer service is what keeps people coming back and this location has 0/10.
